5.No abduction /smuggling of men or women/slavery
Anarchy
1.Try to follow rules of Demacratic Monarchy
2.Report important crimes seen to government.

Declaration Of Independence by Trevor Heilman :)

We declare for both sides a certain equal freedom for all. However for the side of anarchy most rules don't apply. The small rules rules will ineffective,  while the rules that extremely mater shall stay: murder, rape, grand theft auto, and assault. But on the side of peace and tranquility, everyone rule shall be enforced to the fullest extent. the rules that apply hear are: murder, rare, grand theft auto, robbery, assault, any form of harassment, treason, drugs, under age drinking/driving, and so on. However on both sides you must complete your daily job.If you fail to show or break a single rule, you will be thrown into the dungeon until your sentence is served. Depending on which rule you disobey, determines how long you shall stay.

                              Democratic monarchy


 11pm-9am: go to sleep and wake up (curfew).
 9am-10am: get ready.
 10:30am-7pm: work based on skills/school or activities(sports, dates, etc.)
 7:30pm-11pm: do whatever you wish, but still following the daily rules.

                                                          Anarchy

 12am-11pm:do whatever you please, but still follow basic rules if possible.
During the day- if important crimes are seen report to government
